A Stonegate Home Inspection is non-invasive and non-destructive. We visually inspect and examine the major systems of the house. These systems are referred to in the CAHPI (BC) standards of practice (hyperlink) and are considered to be the roof, exterior and structure of the building as well as the electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, insulation and interior finishes. Our aim is to identify and report on any existing major problems that would affect a buyer’s decision to purchase.
